About Us

Masithuthukisane Computer Academy (MCA) is a non-profit company located at Msinga rural area in KZN. Founded in 2015 and become registered in year 2019 by a group of prominent Msinga youth of (Ward 17) leaded by MP Gabela, those who were committed in making difference in the community of Msinga, which has:

The highest rates of poverty,

The highest illiterate people,

Severe unemployment rates in South Africa.

The project was running from year 2015 with learners of Makhankana P School managed by PT Makhoba a School principal. Most of intermediate and senior phase learners have already gained a lot from MCA.

VISION

To become the most trusted IT education provider organisation with leadership providing quality for the student and society. MCA is aiming to provide comprehensive, computer skills development program to the impoverished residents and rural public schools (learners). MCA programs initiated in the most uncivilized areas located at Msinga with an intention of empowering youth and those who are computer illiterate.

Mission

Our mission is to promote computer literacy to all the citizens of this country, especially those who live in less civilized areas (rural), by providing reasonable, affordable and quality computer education and empower them to face this competitive sphere of modernization and computerization.

Objectives

The main objective is to spread the computer literacy to all over the country, especially in the rural disadvantage areas. By this computer literacy program, we ensure that student may learn more and more become self-motivated. Considering the importance of information technology, MCA has taken the project of spreading computer literacy in rural / less civilized areas of the country for those people who are not able to gain this vital technology knowledge mainly due to the highly unaffordable charges laid on them for learning computer by the various private institutions. The MCA after the completion of the course provides certificates to all the students.
